I'm going to give it to Super Buu, since intellect could be a factor here.

The only thing Kid has over Super is: his craziness. Could that be overwhelming for another Buu with the same equate BP? Kid just attacks from all over the place; constantly on his opponents.
Then Super would get angry and pull something out of his ***** lol
